Mary Clare and Amelia, bringing you the news for the 800 number for the week of January 11.
The leadership team, the 10 chapter acts team leaders, 2 from the gathering team and S Mary Pat LeRoy, facilitator, are meeting at Mercy Center today. Tuesday through Wednesday noon, the leadership team with Mary Pat will be engaged in team leadership development, also at Mercy Center.
The Gathering went well this weekend.
The following sisters were admitted to SSM St Mary’s Health Center:
S Cecilia Lackman, last Friday, January 8, with pneumonia; she’s in Room 367-2; S Marie Christine Berner, Sunday and will remain until her medical problems are under control.
S Jacinta Elmendorf’s surgery at Barnes Hospital is scheduled at 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 13. She needs to be at Barnes tomorrow by 9:00 a.m. She requests your continued prayers for her, the surgeon and the surgical team.
S Fran Haarmann reports that everyone else in the convent is all right.
S Inez Kennedy’s brother-in-law, Orville Lind of St Charles, died January 7. Funeral Mass is at 10:00 a.m. today at St Cletus on Zumbehl Rd.
