THANKSGIVING - A SPECIAL TIME
November 02, 2009
THANKSGIVING is a special time to spend with family and friends, a day to enjoy good food and one another’s company, a day to tell our Creator God “We give you thanks”—to say “YES” in gratitude for all that we have.
For many of us gratitude tends to be sporadic—at times we are overcome by the awareness of how much we have to be thankful for.
But how would our lives be changed if we were to make that awareness, that gratitude, the attitude that governs our life?
Gratitude begins when we stop taking life for granted. Our thankfulness allows faith and hope to blossom; we see that we truly can become someone new—and create something new and wonderful in the world.
Our special wish for you this Thanksgiving is that GRATITUDE will imbue your Thanksgiving Day and fill all your days to come.
Happy Thanksgiving to each of you, your family and your friends.
